YOUniquely Me! leadership academy (GRADES 6-8)
This carefully constructed empowerment program is designed for girls to embrace their uniqueness and break society’s barriers in order to achieve lifelong success. The Program addresses those skill sets that are often absent in some of our young girls. The girls participate in forums, workshops, career development sessions, and attend talks with various guest speakers. Each session will be geared toward empowerment, real world experiences, and the five (5) social emotional competencies (social awareness, self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making and relationship skills).

L.E.A.D. ME (LEADERS EXCELLING AT DEVELOPMENT) GRADES 9-12
With a focus on prevention and empowerment, this program trains youth in Critical Thinking Skills that will help them to become effective trainers, leaders, and individuals. The training is part of a positive leadership process to increase the self-esteem and leadership qualities of our youth in order to reduce incidents of crime and violence, high school drop-out, teen pregnancy, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, and other youthful down-falls.
