Greetings! Welcome to our website.

My name is Yvonne E. Jones, Founder & Chief Empowerment Officer for D.E.S.T.I.N.E.D. to Succeed, Inc. It is an honor to lead and empower the participants of  D.E.S.T.I.N.E.D. to Succeed, Inc. We believe we are Greater New Haven’s provider of choice for middle and high school youth & family empowerment programs. Our top priorities at D.E.S.T.I.N.E.D. to Succeed, Inc. are to deliver the best services possible to our participants. Our programs are focused on 4 Pillars of Excellence: Career Exploration, College Preparation, Leadership Development, and Life Skills. Each Pillar allows us to ENHANCE, ENRICH, ENGAGE, EMPOWER and EQUIP our participants for EXCELLENCE!

The overall goal of the organization is to empower our youth and families with the tools needed to become successful members of society with positive and healthy morals. D.E.S.T.I.N.E.D. to Succeed, Inc. offers an experience to participants that will improve positive self-esteem and work with each individual's strengths and strengthen their weaknesses.

We have an explicit interest in encouraging our participants to pursue educational excellence and confidently approach self-directed activity and visionary thinking. But we need your help, too! It is important that we build relationships, collaborations, and partnerships wherever possible to join our efforts and share resources to help even more youth and families.

After all, investing in our young people and families is a wise investment that pays unmatched dividends. It really does take a Village!

In the words of Booker T. Washington, "I have learned that success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has had to overcome while trying to succeed." And succeed we shall!
