Greetings! Welcome to our website.
It is an honor to lead and empower the participants of D.E.S.T.I.N.E.D. to Succeed, Inc. We believe we are Greater New Haven’s provider of choice for middle and high school youth & family empowerment programs. Our programs are focused on 5 Pillars of Excellence: Life Skills, Personal Growth, Leadership Development, Education Preparation, and Career Exploration allowing us to ENHANCE, ENRICH, ENGAGE, EMPOWER and EQUIP our participants for EXCELLENCE!
Our intent is to provide a transformative educational experience that empowers every participant to unlock their full potential. We are dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating pathways for academic and personal growth. Through innovative programs, holistic support, and a commitment to excellence, we aim to nurture a generation of empowered and confident individuals ready to embrace a future of limitless possibilities.
Our vision is a society where every participant, regardless of background or circumstance, has the opportunity to thrive academically and personally. D2S envisions a future where educational development is not limited by barriers but propelled by passion, curiosity, and unwavering support. Through our innovative programs, we aspire to empower our participants to embrace their potential, pursue their dreams, and contribute positively to their communities, ultimately shaping a brighter, more equitable world for all.
But we need your help, too! It is important that we build relationships, collaborations, and partnerships wherever possible to join our efforts and share resources to help even more youth and families. After all, investing in our young people and families is a wise investment that pays unmatched dividends. It still takes a Village!
